The systems use the most advance optical 3D scanning technology to monitor both sides of the belt. The system is able to perform its duty in harsh environmental conditions with minimum service required.
With the best reaction time in the market, both system give the customer the timeframe needed to react to the damage before its too late. When the detected damage is critical, the belt is automatically stopped.
The system is suitable for all flat belts, independent from any manufacturer and a key asset to predict and protect the lifetime of the belts. It does not require modifications to the structure of the conveyor.
