Dr. Petri Vasara has a background both as a management and technical consultant and in AI research, where he has a doctorate. He is a Vice President in AFRY. First in Pöyry and then in AFRY after the joining of ÅF and Pöyry, Vasara has dealt with topics ranging from different industry sectors to new technologies, industry policy and geopolitics. AI has been a steadily growing toolkit, applied for 20+ years, and with the exponentially growing development in AI, many things in ideafiles can now be realised.
